We made it! Our Nourished A.S 6 week challenge is finished! It has brought some great results physically, but just as important is how it’s brought us together as a team. At BPM we incorporate health, fitness and wellness into our employment contracts. We work out together, we hold each other accountable, and most of all, we motivate each other to be the best versions of ourselves!
