BPM were engaged to roll-out an enhanced food and beverage offer for the client involving the integration of new joinery, food prep areas, customer reimaging, and signage and graphics to existing facilities.

All facilities remained open during the reimaging of the sites meaning a careful HSEW approach was required at each site ensuring that customer safety remained paramount.

We provided project management services for design, consenting, procurement and construction phases aswell as acting as Engineer to Contract and Contract administration for multiple contracts.
