BPM were initially engaged to deliver the BP Service Station on behalf of BP Oil NZ as part of the wider Lynmore Junction retail park and Motion Entertainment. Following the success of the services station portion of the project we were engaged by the client to deliver the remaining works of the retail park after a dispute arising between them and the incumbent PM service provider.

We picked up the project managing a sensitive relationship between stakeholders and quickly established ourselves as the lead consultant so the client could regain confidence on project outcomes including budget, programme and quality.

The project was delivered successfully and our scope was expanded to included several fit-outs of the retail units.
