FLiP Cardrona Valley is a unique development set in the beautiful Wanaka region. The intent of the residential development was to create a showcase for Abodo products alongside the previously constructed Abodo show home.

Following a master planning exercise an opportunity was identified to increase the number of dwellings and typologies for a high level of variety in size and number of bedrooms. The site now comprises of 27 rooms across 12 units and will be finished using a variety of Abodo exterior products to exhibit the beauty these natural products have to offer.

We provided a multifaceted service for this development including design, project and construction management, procurement, engineer to contract, and advisory services on budgeting and funding options as well as construction methodology.

The units are being prefabricated off-site in Christchurch and transported to their new home in the Cardrona Valley.
