Here's a sneak peek at the cleared site for our next TDC project - and it's a good one.
Located at the Collingwood Holiday Park in Golden Bay, we'll be delivering three new accommodation units complete with kitchenettes and ensuites, plus a new shared camp kitchen for guests to enjoy.
This is a design and build project in partnership with Potius Ltd, using their prefabricated panels manufactured right here in the Tasman region - and local builders Aorere Construction Ltd will be on the tools. So, it is a win for sustainability and speed on site - which has the added benefit of less disruption to winter holiday park users. It's thoughtful and intentional.
