Having a well-established facilities maintenance portfolio, Cushman & Wakefield set out to establish a New Zealand based PMO delivering projects for FM clients nationwide. BPM were engaged to act as Cushman & Wakefield’s Wellington based outsource in lieu of having a locally based team.

We delivered projects across multiple portfolios including upgrades, fit-outs, rebrands, seismic strengthening and new builds for a range of different clients.
