FLiP | Camperdown Road

FLiP Camperdown was a 3-home development on a 506sqm site, previously occupied by a single dwelling. By removing (and rehoming) the existing structure, FLiP was able to maximise utilisation of the site by delivering one three-bedroom (90sqm) and two one-bedroom (42sqm) homes, each on their own title and each a 7-Homestar rated building.

The transformation of the site increases density of high quality and healthy homes, and the one-bedroom units provide a sought-after model of housing in the heart of the film production hub on the eastern edge of Wellington city.

We provided both project and construction management for the site, sourcing direct engagement sub-contractors through the complex period of COVID in 2020. The project was delivered within budget and only delayed by the nationwide shutdown.

In 2021 FLiP Camperdown won merit at the Property Industry Awards for the TEMPLETON GROUP Multi-Unit Residential Property Award.
