FLiP Mt Roskill is a 1,538m2 section in the heart of the Roskill South Development. Two existing houses were removed from the site to make-way for nine, two-bedroom townhouses and a pocket park on the corner.

The neighborhood has been considered as a community, rather than a collection of individual homes. By focusing on efficient design to create compact footprints the development priorities healthy living environments with high levels of insulation, efficient heating and energy recovery ventilation without comprising affordability.
