BPM were engaged to provide project management services on the contractor side, for the installation of new infrastructure as part of the Wynyard Quarter bus depot reconfiguration project.

The physical scope of works included the installation of new above ground diesel tanks, below ground fuels infrastructure and drainage works to two new refueling bays, sub-structures and civil works to bus-wash facilities and general/ancillary site works.

BPM provided a full PM service contract on behalf of the contractor including day-to-day dealings of site activities, procurement and engagement of sub-contract resources, scheduling, onsite QA, liaison with head contractor and client, discharge of contractual and regulatory obligations, site communications, and construction finances.
