We provided project funding services for the Molesworth Development in Taita, Lower Hutt. This development showcases an immaculate blend of form and function. The 8-unit, two-storey townhouse project encompasses a site GFA of 648m², which includes 2 blocks (A & B), a shared access way, bike shed, and thoughtfully planned landscaping.

The buildings in this project display exceptional craftsmanship. They feature ribraft concrete slabs, timber framed cassettes floors, and a combination of timber framed and steel portal frames. These structures are beautifully adorned with rosenfeld kidson and integra panel cladding. To complement the design, the development boasts state-of-the-art, powder-coated, double-glazed window and door systems, adding a touch of modern luxury.
