NPD National Programme – Project Management & Cost Management

BPM provides outsourced Project Management and Cost Management services for NPD across New Zealand. Since May 2017, BPM has successfully delivered more than 60 new-to-industry fuel sites nationwide.

This large-scale national programme involves managing complex developments across multiple regions, requiring coordination of civil, structural, geotechnical, and specialised fuel infrastructure teams.

Each project includes:
