Alex is a methodical and creative project leader and Director at BPM, with over two decades of experience delivering high-value, high-stakes projects across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Known for his calm under pressure and ability to think in 4D, Alex brings a rare mix of engineering discipline and commercial instinct to everything he tackles — from budget planning to boots-on-the-ground delivery.

Alex has led complex, multi-stakeholder builds across both the public and private sectors — navigating everything from technical risk to team dynamics with a steady hand. His strengths lie in financial management, feasibility planning, and project governance — with a talent for pulling together teams that get the job done without the drama.

He holds an honours degree in Environmental Engineering from Northumbria University and has previously been aligned with the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Alex is ambitious but grounded, known at BPM for his mentorship, strategic foresight, and eye for long-term value. He’s passionate about creating environments — both physical and team-based — that are efficient, resilient, and built to last.

Offsite, Alex is a dedicated family man. His downtime favourites include the gritty Nordic crime worlds of Henning Mankell and Mons Kallentoft, a Rolling Stones playlist with a country rock twist, and the fast-talking universe of Guy Ritchie films (ideally without too many kid interruptions).
