Kelly Wilson

Bio:

Kelly is a multitasking powerhouse and the Business Manager at BPM, where she runs operations with both precision and heart. A mum of three and self-proclaimed part-time kid Uber driver, she balances the demands of home and work life with energy, empathy, and a big dash of humour.

With a NZ Diploma of Business and expertise in tools like ProjectWorks, Xero, and Microsoft Office, Kelly brings practical smarts to everything she does. She's a people-focused professional who leads with positivity and purpose, always guided by the belief that "teamwork makes the dream work."

Outside of the office, Kelly is a Hyrox finisher (no joke!), an avid netball player with a slightly competitive streak, and a dedicated volunteer—serving on both Netball and Multiples committees, and coaching and managing her children’s sports teams.

A big believer in the idea that “the greatest wealth is health,” Kelly infuses her day-to-day with a commitment to wellbeing—for herself, her team, and her family. And when the rare quiet moment comes? You’ll find her with a John Grisham novel in hand, giving her mind and soul a well-earned workout.
